All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Muse Jewellery is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at musejewelleryofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
