Placing an Order
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate and complete. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and all payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed and shipped. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at musejewelleryofficial@gmail.com. After this period, your order may already be in processing or dispatch and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7–12 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is offered on all orders over $50. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Warranty & Product Quality
All Muse Jewellery products are carefully inspected before shipment. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at musejewelleryofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Limitation of Liability
Muse Jewellery's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) ordered. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms of sale are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
